Ms. Amy Harper started working with Lancaster County in August 2014 and transferred into our office in July 2016 as the Admin Assistant and the DAV Van Coordinator and now as a Benefits Counselor. Ms. Harper has received the appropriate training to be accredited and to have access to the federal VA Claims system.

Ms. Lillie McAfee started working for Lancaster County in 2019 as the Receptionist for Lancaster County Veterans Affairs office. She works closely with Volunteer Services at Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia SC concerning the DAV van.
